These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://coreera.ai and any consulting services provided by CoreEra LLC. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Consulting Services
CoreEra LLC provides business consulting, startup guidance, business planning support, and entrepreneur coaching. Our services are advisory in nature. CoreEra LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and nothing we provide should be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. We do not guarantee any particular business result, revenue, funding, or outcome.
Appointment Scheduling
Consulting services are provided by appointment. Appointment times are confirmed by email. Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, may be treated as delivered services.
Payment Terms
Fees are communicated before services begin. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, and payment is generally required in advance of a scheduled session unless agreed otherwise in writing. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, attend scheduled appointments, respond to reasonable requests for information, and make their own independent business decisions. Clients are solely responsible for implementing any recommendations and for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to their business.
Confidentiality
CoreEra LLC treats non-public information shared by clients as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except with your permission, to service providers assisting in delivering services, or as required by law. Clients likewise agree to keep confidential any proprietary materials or methods shared by CoreEra LLC.
Intellectual Property
Website content, templates, worksheets, and other materials created by CoreEra LLC remain our property. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable right to use materials provided to them for their own business purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreEra LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for services already delivered remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CoreEra LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
